Lead Pastor
We love our Pastor and his family. Fred and Sherry Hartley moved to Lilburn with their four children in 1988. He has served as our Lead Pastor of One Mission Church and has navigated us through significant change, as we have becoming an inter-cultural, multi-national, Christ-encountering, disciple-making, church-planting congregation in northeast Atlanta. Fred and Sherry both graduated from Wheaton College. Fred received his graduate degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He and Sherry have four children who are all married and they now have 15 grandchildren. Fred’s father, Al Hartley, was a professional cartoonist illustrating “Archie” comics. Fred has authored more than 20 books including his newest, Just Say Father.
In addition to being our Pastor, Fred is the founder and President of the College of Prayer International with 10 million campuses worldwide currently serving over 95 million pastors and Christian leaders. For fun he enjoys running, spoiling his grandchildren, and an occasional game of golf.
Fred's passion for Christ and His kingdom is infectious. His gifts of preaching and leadership continue to serve us well.
"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ," Ephesians 4:11-12
REV. FRED HARTLEY, IV
Executive Pastor
Fred has had 20 years of pastoral experience serving congregations in Ohio, Florida and Minnesota. In addition, he has served 9 years as Church Relations Director at College of Prayer International. He received his Masters Degree in Leadership at Columbia International University and his undergrad at Toccoa Falls College. Fred is strongly relational and compassionate, as well as administrative and organizational. Fred and his wife Joanna have four children. Fred loves to spend quality time with his family, do evangelism and play golf.
REV. KELVIN WOODS
Pastor of Worship and Evangelism
Kelvin and Tomisha Woods began attending One Mission in 2022. We immediately fell in love with them because of their integrity, love for Jesus, and their desire to link arms with us, as we take seekers into the fullness of Christ. In addition to leading worship, Kelvin is a soul-winner and disciple-maker. We are thrilled to have them part of our team.
CHRISTIAN JACKSON
Youth Ministry Director
Christian graduated from Georgia State University in 2019 with a degree in managerial science from J. Mack School of Business. That same year, while serving on his first mission trip to Israel, he was called by God to serve youth. He began teaching a Bible class for high school students in his church. Through multiple other mission trips, serving as a volunteer youth leader, and multiple Vacation Bible Schools, God has further validated his calling to youth.
"I love our One Mission Youth," Christian says. "They are special to me because of their diversity and uniqueness. I love coming alongside them in their critical decision-making years and helping them discover their God-given purpose in life."
In addition to church ministry, Christian enjoys spending time outside, exploring coffee shops, and cheering for Atlanta sports teams.
GIANNELLA RODRIGUEZ
Children's Ministry Director
Giannella is a woman of excellence and a gifted leader. She has an authentic infectious love for Jesus and a zest for life. She brings joy, spunk, and creative leadership to our Children's Ministry.
As a loving wife to a dedicated husband, Welkin Rodriguez, and proud mother of two amazing children, Ethan and Nashla, she has been a volunteer leader at One Mission Children’s Ministry for many years. God has grown her passion for sharing His love with children and families. She says, "my passion is serving, encouraging, and loving every child and family who walks through the doors."
Giannella has distinguished herself as an Assistant Administrator in a Gwinnett County public school. She has earned an Associate of Liberal Arts degree and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Special Education. One Mission is honored to have Giannella directing our Children's Ministry.
DANIELA RODRIGUEZ
Children's Ministries Assistant
Daniela was born in Colombia, South America, and is the oldest of four children. She was raised in a strong vibrant Christian home where her parents have a dynamic ministry to children and families.
Daniela has several years of experience in children’s ministry, and a passion to see the next generation rooted in their identity in Christ. She is a gifted administrator and effectively serves all of our volunteers. She is dedicated to nurturing an atmosphere of faith, care, and trust where children can experience God’s love and grow strong in their walk with Him.

Women's Ministry Director
Linda Goslin is a charter member of One Mission Church. We have a growing dynamic women's ministry. Linda brings a love for Jesus, a heart for discipleship and a fun contagious personality to our pastoral team.

Young Marrieds
Philip and Diondra are a breath of fresh air for our young married couples and the entire church family. Their godly family, strong marriage, and mature character create a life-giving culture for the young marrieds. Both Philip and Diondra have professional careers and are significant members of our Pastor Team.
AKWASI and AMANDA BROBBEY
Young Adults
Akwasi and Amanda are dynamic leaders who lead the Young Adults LIFEgroup, J423. They have a godly marriage that provides a haven of nurturing and discipleship for our young adults. They have a heart for creating a space for Young Adults to grow spiritually and develop personally. They both have professional careers in the workplace and bring maturity and wisdom to our Pastor Team.
