Fred Hartley, Lead Pastor

We love our Pastor and his family. Fred and Sherry Hartley moved to Lilburn with their four children in 1988. He has served as our Lead Pastor of One Mission Church and has navigated us through significant change, as we have becoming an inter-cultural, multi-national, Christ-encountering, disciple-making, church-planting congregation in northeast Atlanta. Fred and Sherry both graduated from Wheaton College. Fred received his graduate degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. He and Sherry have four children who are all married and they now have 15 grandchildren. Fred’s father, Al Hartley, was a professional cartoonist illustrating “Archie” comics. Fred has authored more than 20 books including his newest, Ignite.

In addition to being our Pastor, Fred is the founder and President of the College of Prayer International with 104,224 campuses worldwide currently serving over 5 million pastors and Christian leaders. For fun he enjoys running, spoiling his grandchildren, and an occasional game of golf.

Fred's passion for Christ and His kingdom is infectious. His gifts of preaching and leadership continue to serve us well.

REV. FRED HARTLEY, IV Associate Pastor

Fred has had 15 years of pastoral experience serving congregations in Ohio, Florida and Minnesota. In addition, he has served 6 years as Church Relations Director at College of Prayer International. He received his Masters Degree in Leadership at Columbia International University and his undergrad at Toccoa Falls College. Fred is strongly relational and compassionate, as well as administrative and organizational. Fred and his wife Joanna have four children. Fred loves to spend quality time with his family, do evangelism and play golf.

MONICA LARREA, Director of Children's Ministries

JAVIER LARREA, Pastor of Student Ministries

Javier & Monica minister to Families working with children and students from crib to college. Javier leads our youth and Monica our children. They bring a wealth of experience and wisdom. They have been part of the church for 8 years and volunteered in many capacities. In 2022, God opened a door and called them into this new ministry opportunity. They have 2 children that are part of the student ministry. We are blessed to have them part of our Pastoral Team.

KELVIN WOODS, Worship Director

Kelvin and Tomisha Woods began attending One Mission in 2022. We immediately fell in love with them because of their integrity, love for Jesus, and their desire to link arms with us, as we take seekers into the fullness of Christ. In addition to leading worship, Kelvin is a soul-winner and disciple-maker. We are thrilled to have them part of our team.

LINDA GOSLIN, Women's Ministry Director

Linda Goslin is a charter member of One Mission Church. We have a growing dynamic women's ministry. Linda brings a love for Jesus, a heart for discipleship and a fun contagious personality to our pastoral team.

LAUREN ADAMS, Missions Intern

Lauren Adams is a 2023 graduate of Toccoa Falls College and comes to us with a call to the nations. She has a love for evangelism and a heart for the nations. She has jumped in with both feet and has had a significant impact in ministry to young adults, youth, outreach and women's ministry.
